Narrative Reporting
What is measured?
This element assesses the quality of countries’ discussions of the gender dimension to AIDS and of how country responses address women’s specific vulnerabilities and needs, as reported in countries' narrative reports.
Results
- As many as 83 (or 57%) of the 145 countries that submitted narrative reports failed to discuss gender at all.
- As in the case of the reporting on the other six Scorecard elements, the high-burden countries out-scored the others.
